What a way to kickoff a gorgeous Saturday in Marion, Illinois with none other than Life Fest 2009!

Funnel cakes, sunshine, and God's people all made for an incredible event!  The band rocked out until we were all soaking wet from the rain.  The folks at Life Church really know how to bring together community worship.  We had an awesome time!

Take a look at the band about to head to San Antonio, TX.  What a great looking group!  A trip to San Antonio would never be complete without visiting Sea World and the Shamu Stadium!  And, yes, sunny San Antonio turned a bit wet... And we were all soaked, even after buying our $8.00 ponchos!  However, the defining moment of the day was the beautiful rainbow that appeared as we were leaving!

In March... .the very first day of spring, I was invited to sing at the one and only Big Al's Winterfest! To say it was quite an experience is quite an understatement... lol. There was a huge amount of talent exhibited that night. Between the drill teams, youth choirs, and many, many other presentations, this was a wonderful night that will not be forgotten!
